A great house to stay with a big family. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside, in less weather there is plenty to entertain you inside. The kitchen is super well equipped. The beds are lovely and there are nice warm duvets for fresh nights. Beaches close and the city of Bilbao easy to reach by car. We had a great time.

Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. It was a very good place to stay, with a very nice host. It is appreciated to have the train very close to go to Bilbao without having to take the car. The house is very spacious and cozy.

Great place to stay. Having the chance to take a relaxing bath in a jacuzzi is a tipzo. Cozy and comfortable. Rosana cares about having all the details taken care of, things like you don't have to worry about going to buy salt, coffee, napkins, or dishwasher as soon as you arrive ;) Highly recommended, in the spring season the environment is beautiful.

The house is very good, it is large, clean and beautiful, the pool is bigger than it looks in photos and has a pretty large garden, Marta is very nice we had to go out a little late and I understood it without problems. Fear of putting any sticks the house is a little hidden and to get there you may be lost on another path, but it is nothing that the habit of being for a few days can't fix.

Roberto responded very quickly to a very late request for accommodation. Is parents were very friendly and helpful and supported us very well in getting to the property and settling us in. We speak little Spanish but we’re easily able to manage with the patience of our hosts. Would definitely recommend English families to try this very Spanish home and the area.

We spent two days at Christmas with 12 adults, a child and two dogs and it was great. The house was as it appeared in the photos. The kitchen in the house downstairs is huge and we were able to eat together without any problems. Communication with Asier was quick and easy, he answered all our questions with infinite patience. I recommend it 100%.

We have passed an incredible Mayo Bridge. We have been 3 families with children and have really enjoyed the house and the tours of the surrounding villages. the house of 10 and Jose very attentive at all times. Really good location for visiting Cantabria. 100% recommended . we'll definitely do it again.

Eva was great everything made us super easy, there was no place to park and she immediately looked for us parking at a very good price. He responded immediately and came to the apartment to put Netflix on us😍 thanks Eva everything spectacular as if we were home. And beautiful Mundaka. Recommended💯. A beautiful apartment with your own garden in a dream location - orange and lemon trees, grazing kiwi, meadow and sea view and large terrace. And a cozy kitchen-living room, a nice bedroom and bunk bed. Perfect!

The house is great, perfect for a Cantabria getaway. We went with our dog and the fenced garden was ideal so that I could be free and safe. Everything was very clean, tidy and thoughtful: there were board games, a Wii, coffee, salt, oil, towels, sheets, gel… everything you need and more! We were surprised by a beautiful welcome basket with dog chuches, picking bags, a bottle of water, cookies for us, and even an already prepared drinker. Also, the host provided a lot of everything, even allowing us to get in early on our long trip. She also left a notebook with super useful information about the area: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies… In short, we were very comfortable and very grateful. I would recommend this house 100%!

We had a great time at Jaione's house, which is located in a beautiful mountain environment with sea views. The house was very convenient for our family: the grandparents had their bedroom and shower room with toilet on the ground floor, parents and children were spread out in 3 bedrooms upstairs, where there is a large bathroom with toilet. All the bedrooms were very nice, as was the kitchen dining room, a large open plan room allowing everyone to rest or play. The kids enjoyed the garden to play around the house. Jaione was very helpful throughout our stay by giving us tourist and practical advice. A big thank you!

Lovely apartment on the first floor with a lift. Very roomy for a family of four but for two couples the second bedroom is a squeeze. The rest of the place is great; couldn’t fault it. Excellent position allowed us to walk everywhere.

Perfect house with everything you need and the porch and garden of 10. The beds and the sofa are very comfortable. The location between the beaches and the village on a very quiet street in front of the golf course makes it an ideal place to disconnect. The enclosure is totally fenced so it was perfect to have the dog loose and enjoy it as much as we do. The owner has been attentive from the first moment. Undoubtedly a place to repeat.

Spacious and very complete apartment, well located, very friendly and I facilitate information about the environment. Everything was very correct.

We were at home, the communication and the deal with José de 10, it was prepared at all times for facilitating both the entrance and the exit, he offered me a crib for the baby... We left the house and at the moment we realized that we had left a cell phone inside and came in 15 min to open us. The development is very cool.

A wonder of home with a spectacular garden to enjoy the views and not move from there in days. Very quiet to go with the family and very comfortable to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! The area and property is so beautiful and peaceful. The house is enormous for a home in Spain. It’s well decorated with antiques and the beds were comfy and firm. The owners were friendly and welcoming. We had local friends over for lunch and had a magical meal on the terrace, they were all in awe of the place.

Beautiful apartment in gorgeous surroundings, with a spacious garden surrounded by beautiful hills. The flat was very clean and spacious and the pool was warm! Great to have access to a solar-powered charger for our electric car too. There is a spacious garage and a communal room with billiard table, ping-pong, go-carts etc, so plenty for kids to do. Plus there's a lovely little friendly dog! Mertxe and her husband were wonderful - friendly, informative and instantly responsive when we had an issue with our fridge; they also gave us several bottles of delicious wine as compensation for the (minor) trouble. Highly recommended.

Maria is very lucky to have a VIP home. We were delighted in the house and in love with its views, we spent our days and nights with the blinds up watching the field for every window you will look at. The house upon arrival was as if it was yours, collected, clean and with everything Maria had told us. The sheets and towels are put by us, but I always make it easier for us to put them on her, just as she offered us a travel crib for our little one. The location of the apartment was ideal, 3 minutes from the walking center and 5 from the beach, surrounded by countryside and without any noise, just the birds and the wind. The large garage with a direct elevator to the apartment. We went with a van that measures 1.98 m and came in! (in case someone serves the information). We certainly loved it.

It is a really nice little house in the mountains with enough space for a family with kids or group of friends. We were there as a couple with a dog and felt very comfortable. Despite the bad weather, we were able to take small hikes in rain breaks. You are in the middle of nature and have as direct neighbors a trustworthy donkey and a very sweet sheep as well as many cows. A full recommendation!

We were very comfortable in the house. It is just like the photos, it has all the necessary items in the kitchen and bathroom, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Marta, available at all times.
