At Vårlund gaard we have two dogs and a cat that lives the good life in the countryside. From September to April you can see the northern light right outside the house.

Here in the Arctic north, there is little light pollution, which makes it possible to have very good northern lights conditions right outside the door.

Easy starting point for trips to mountains, on the sea and in the cultural landscape. Relax in close contact with our social sheep and lambs. Possibility of hiking equipment, backpack, thermos, sitting area, etc. Hot tub is booked separately, NOK 850,-/ 73,- Euro. Booking min 4 hours in advance. Lambing from mid April to first week of May - opportunity to see the little lambs and proud mothers.
