1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Please note that since this listing is in my personal family home, I will only host those with positive reviews.

Constructed in 2020! Commonwealth Cottage is an modern, cozy getaway in Paducah on site of the Commonwealth Event Center. Enjoy the 16 acre grounds with a panoramic pond view while being located a mile from Paducah’s main hub. Enjoy ample indoor space for up to 8 guests to stay & a back porch to enjoy the view. The main room includes a king bed, mini fridge and microwave, dining table, & living room with a sleeper sofa. An additional bedroom includes a full bed with twin bunk & trundle.

Enjoy an adult stay in this private cozy getaway. This entire space is single level, quiet and just minutes from Paducah. (Outdoor kenneling accepted no indoor pets.) The country setting is ideal for a quiet weekend or longer stay. The private patio is a perfect place to have your morning coffee and evening wine while enjoying the flowers and sunsets. You will enjoy the roomy space and French touches no matter the reason for your visit. Summer grounds boast over 100 hosta varieties.

Escape to The Roost, a cozy tiny home tucked away on our 300-acre family farm in western Kentucky. Soak in the hot tub, fish our two stocked ponds, gather around the firepit, or slow down and enjoy the sunsets and wide-open views. Inside, you’ll have a full kitchen, private bedroom, two sleeping lofts, washer and dryer, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our four friendly, off-leash farm dogs will probably be the first to welcome you. Hard to find, worth the search!
