“Emily and Marshall were phenomenal hosts and their cute little Nashville apartment was perfect! We arrived very early and were welcomed in to leave our luggage even before the apartment was prepared for us and this was greatly appreciated. The space was cute, clean, stocked with all of the necessities and more. Emily and Marshall even added those special little touches like maps, restaurant options and suggestions, as well as a very thorough information sheet outlining everything that we would need to know about the apartment during our stay. Their communication with us was absolutely second to none and any little question we posed garnered an almost immediate response. The location of the apartment was directly across from a beautiful big park full of mature trees and a very short walk to the cute little 12 South Neighbourhood. We loved being able to travel on foot to see some great little shops and restaurants and we were only about a $10 Uber ride from all of the action in downtown Nashville. It was a fantastic space with tremendous hosts in an amazing city! ”

“We stopped in Nashville for a couple nights and this was the perfect place to stay. Quick $12 ride to downtown via Lyft. The space was cute and lots of thoughtful touches. The bed was super comfy and loved that there was a coffee maker. If you are over 6ft you may have to duck in some places but it wasn’t too bad. The bathroom is spacious, and Charlotte made it easy to park. Thanks Charlotte!”

“Annie’s place was the perfect place for my husband and I to stop and have a great nights rest on our road trip. It is an adorable place and in a great location just outside Nashville. She was very thorough with her cleaning with everything going on and to say the least we very much appreciated it! We will for sure stay here again if/when we come to the Nashville area again!”
