Put on a vinyl record, draw a bath, and open the old casement windows for a cross breeze. This carefully restored craftsman bungalow dates from 1899. It's beautifully appointed with mid-century and primitive finds, alongside art collected on travels. Nashville occupancy permit #2018066782
“J. Wes' place was adorable and charming. Wonderful classical music was playing when we entered the home and the place was very clean and welcoming. J. Wes was a great communicator and the instructions for check in and check out were super easy to follow. The location was great as it was about a 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway however the local restaurants and bars were plentiful and super enjoyable. If you are looking for a quite neighborhood to stay and enjoy an up and coming area of Nashville this is the perfect location.”
Modern, clean, basement apartment with your very own private/ external entrance (you have sole occupancy of the 375 sq/ft apartment, and our family is upstairs, with no access to your room... meaning our guests only interact with us if that is their vibe...) on a beautiful acre of land, with secure parking in East Nashville. An easy 10 minute Uber to downtown, Ryman Auditorium, Broadway, Nissan Stadium and even less to hipster 5-points or the Grand Ole Opry.
“Very clean, spacious studio apartment! The fireplace is an extra nice touch and I also appreciated being able to open the window for fresh air.”
Free Parking! Gorgeous private suite with everything you need to enjoy a few days in Nashville! But the best part - Only mins to downtown! 20 min walk or $7 Uber or Lyft ride PERMIT #500565
“This was an amazing place! My girlfriend and I stayed here and it was such a nice spot. The bed was absolutely amazing and I did not want to get up in the morning. There is a porch swing out on the front patio that I have to say is more than amazing. Easy to park on the street right in front of the house (or you could have parked in the back). There is nothing else that I would want out of a place. It was not too far from downtown (even though everything is closed at the moment), it also has a TV with netflix. Thank you again for hosting me on such short notice. If I ever am in nashville again (which I hope I am), I am going to try and stay here again.”
