The lagoon El Trebol is located on the Circuito Chico, about 30 minutes by car from downtown Bariloche. From downtown, and 20 minutes from Cerro Catedral, by Circunvalación, thus avoiding all the traffic of Avda. Bustillo. 260 m2, covered, on a plot of 1200 m2. Fully equipped with excellent quality bedding. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 1 toilet. Living room, dining room, breakfast room, kitchen, laundry room and playroom.

Beautiful house on the lake shore and incredible view of the mountains and Lake Gutiérrez. Two floors, a living room, fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a study, two full bathrooms, a toilet, laundry room, barbecue grill and parking. In summer, enjoy the beach, kayaking, hiking, or cycling. Two bedrooms have a double bed, and the third has two twin beds. In winter, an excellent location for those who want to enjoy skiing in Cerro Catedral.
