the house has everything you need, good space ,very close to everything 5.10 minutes from the tourist sector, quiet area with a convenience store next door with everything you need . the very safe house with coconut a very friendly dog. This is absolutely amazing house. Beautiful and stylish. It has everything you need for the comfort stay: equipped kitchen, barbecue/asado. We spend in the house the whole month . Jan-Feb . It’s a bit far from the city, but there is no problem to get uber.

Usually everything is good It is a good area, the heating works well comfortable, but in the description it was that they had practicuna since I was with my baby I had chosen it precisely because I said that I had things for babies, I did not have the kettle since I also use it to heat the water for my baby's bottle that was the only bad thing but everything was good the gentleman was very kind only a constructive criticism for the next not placing things that the apartment does not have

Excellent both the house and Gerd's hospitality. Highly recommended. The house was spectacular and we felt “at home”. Beautiful setting and beautiful views. The perfect combination of tranquility and forest a few blocks from the center and with many amenities a few blocks away.

Alejandra was super attentive and kind, she guided me where to get information and I always respond quickly to any concerns.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Sonia was a wonderful host and always very communicative and helpful. The apartment felt like home with an open living room layout and beautiful view of the lake. The cottage is beautiful and very well equipped. The super quiet and residential area, you are 8 minutes from downtown by car. Maria is a great host, she was always attentive to everything. I recommend and hope to be back again soon!

Excellent everything!! Location, amenities, tranquility and above all the views from the living room window. It really exceeded expectations, it has everything like to rest and enjoy the place, the grill on the balcony is great! Super spacious and comfortable rooms, having the washing machine available is a spectacular plus, nothing is missing. Kathy's attention is also super outstanding as she gave us all the super clear directions to host us. I recommend it for anyone who wants to relax in an incredible environment

The apartment has a beautiful view of Cerro Otto, it has exit to a nice green patio of the entire condominium and is about 15 minutes from the civic center. Inside the apartment everything is A1 sheets, kitchenware, impeccable bathroom, furniture, etc. I highly recommend it.

Very comfortable new apartment, excellent kitchen facilities and lots of room for 3 people. Deck is large and well appointed. Beautiful view out front window. The apartment is a long walk from the front gate, not easy to find and the road isn’t suitable for rolling luggage. The initial entry is complicated by new technology and multiple steps.
