We offer you a Burgundian immersion in an old "Folie" and then an old "Fruitier" totally renovated in 2021. 50 m2, spacious, bright, charming and atypical. At the heart of the Châlons coast, a stone's throw from a 14th century ducal palace, the Fruitier de Germolles awaits you for a relaxing and unusual stay. Enjoying a private garden, garden furniture, bicycle and motorcycle garage, you will also have access to the swimming pool and a games room (Ping Ping, foosball and billiards).

It is nested on the top of a wine village that will allow you to discover the region, whether on foot or by bike. Whatever the season, the landscape transforms and gives you a new face every time. As for the house, we thought it was warm and elegant to rest and enjoy. Note: the accommodation has no outdoor area except for a balcony but nature is 2 steps away

For wine lovers, you have nearby the Route des Grands Crus which crosses the most prestigious part of the Burgundy vineyard.
