My place is close to Sugarloaf Mountain, a winery, outlet mall, C&O Canal, biking, hiking, kayaking, 40 miles from Washington, DC, an hour from Baltimore, 15 minutes from Frederick. You’ll love my place because of I have a very peaceful setting with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Cozy accommodations. Visit the sheep and chickens and my wonderful yellow lab, Trapper. Note: this room is not for long term. Just weekly, not monthly. I do allow some dogs but they CANNOT get on furniture or the bed.
“Dalis' farmhouse setup impresses with its vista, accommodating host and resident canine, and facilitating ways. This was my second stay - this time in the private room (cf. barnloft studio). Still made for a restful, immaculate getaway in a corner of Maryland with no shortage of excursion itineraries.”

“The BEST AirBnB experience! By far, the nicest of any properties we stayed in before. My family and I had a wonderful time at Pharath’s place. The communication between us was super easy and prompt, she was very helpful since the beginning, very accomodating and caring, always available at all times whenever I had any questions, before and during our stay. The place exactly like it does in pictures, super clean and tidy with very comfortable queen sized bed with fresh, crisp beddings everyday. The place comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Conveniently located, very easy to get around and very safe community. Would absolutely recommend to stay there, whether it’s for a family with kids, or it would be perfect for a couple, too. I will be sure to advise friends about this gem in Clarksburg.”
This is a very clean, quiet and comfortable private bedroom in a newly rebuilt townhouse. You will be sharing a bathroom with other guest at time. My house is about 40 minutes (depending on traffic) from downtown Washington D.C with all the attractions..I do not have a reserved parking for guests but, street parking is available right at the entrance of the community about 3 mn walk. Grocery Stores & Restaurants are 5 mn away and the closest laundromat "Speedy Laundromat" is about 7 mn away.
“It was a nice place to stay. The room was cozy, plenty of space. The bathroom was clean, as was the kitchen. It's fairly quiet within the home, everyone keeps to themselves. The kitchen was beautiful, and very convenient. The neighborhood is nice as well. My only thing that I could've asked for is a better parking situation. I dont get in from work until 3am, so street parking isnt ideal. But I was forewarned about the parking prior to booking. Otherwise, I was super happy.”
