We stayed at the Grain House in Atins and it was simply wonderful! From the location to the surroundings, everything exceeded our expectations. The house is exactly as described: cozy, well cared for, with a charming decor that made us feel at home from the first moment. The space is well ventilated, naturally lit and very well equipped — perfect for resting after a day exploring the beauties of Atins. The garden of the house is a true refuge, with hammocks, pleasant outdoor area and an incredible atmosphere of peace. Fernanda was a separate chapter: a sweetheart, always available and attentive, helped us with everything from the beginning to the end of the stay. Atins itself is magical. The landscapes, the energy of the place, the charming restaurants and the proximity to Lençóis Maranhenses make the experience even more special. Without a doubt, we would return a thousand times to Casa Grão. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Jonas has always been very helpful and attentive in the conversations we had. he told us Everton for the transfer he left us at the door of the house. The house is delicious, airy, and it was very organized. Jonas put buckets of water to clean the feet/slippers in order to reduce sand inside the house, but this is practically impossible due to the winds and the region being all sand only. It was definitely worth our stay! Would not exchange for any hostel!

Beautiful and peaceful little wooden dream house. My favourite thing was to open all the windows in the morning and have my coffee on the balcony, swinging on the hammock. Be aware of mosquitos, but this is nature, we just need to be equipped with spray and whatnot. Helena is lovely and very responsive, giving all the good tips, like the passeio in the most beautiful dunes & lagoons we’ve ever seen. Her friend Paco was a great and also very nice guide. We loved it!

The house style cabana is beautiful, great environment for those who love to be in touch with nature. The very dear and attentive host Silvana told us great contacts regarding the transfer from São Luís to Atins and also for the tours. We live wonderful experiences that will be forever etched in thought and heart!

Everything impeccable, very beautiful and conserved house. Limpeza 100%, has the homemade Louro that makes the cleaning and organization of the rooms daily. Very easy communication with Tamir. Clean pool. Very wide space. Very attentive, helpful and always present in helping us. It's well worth it, my next trip to Atins already has a stay kkkkkkk. All perfect 🤩

Great location, very close to the dunes. Looks just like the photos. Very peaceful with all amenities would expect. Host is very responsive, she had groceries available on arrival and had an assistant who made breakfast and cleaned daily. Very comfortable beds, AC units were plenty to keep rooms cool. The house had atvs to rent. Only recommend others to prepare with sunscreen, bug spray and aloe. Would gladly stay here again!

The house is great. Very cozy, it has the face of Atins. It is very well ventilated, so there is no air conditioning, even on hot days. It has a very cool outdoor area, with grills, in addition to a sensational shower. We love staying in the house. Unique but it was that we found a little noisy at night because it was on the main street, and quad bike noises start early. Outdoing this, all note 10.
