Very good house and condominium. The listing is in line with the listing. The house has many utensils that help guests a lot. It is very close to the central part and ,even so, the condominium is very quiet. As a suggestion, by the standard of the condominium, I mention only a slightly more ostensive security. Although it sounds pretty quiet. As a suggestion for the house, you could have 1 or 2 extra bedrooms with a double bed. Overall, Casa excellent and recommend.

The house is extremely cozy, spacious and comfortable, in addition to having an impeccable cleaning, flawless organization and the exceptional service of Mr. Luiz Edésio.

The house is great. Very cozy, it has the face of Atins. It is very well ventilated, so there is no air conditioning, even on hot days. It has a very cool outdoor area, with grills, in addition to a sensational shower. We love staying in the house. Unique but it was that we found a little noisy at night because it was on the main street, and quad bike noises start early. Outdoing this, all note 10.

The house is very cozy, well located with a large yard, wonderful, comfortable and relaxing. It has hammocks to rest and hear the sound of nature. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are super clean like the rest of the house. In the bedrooms there are mosquito nets with very comfortable beds. The Lika who welcomed us is very friendly and helpful. She helped us by giving local tips and answering all of our questions, always being available. The house is close to markets and some restaurants. The beach is close too, being possible to do everything on foot but everything is on the sand. If you want, you can hire a quadritaxi for an affordable price. We loved our stay at Casa Coqueiros in Atins and will definitely be back.

Casa-Ne is a haven of peace. The Cajoueros in the garden make it a beautiful tropical garden. The many places to settle on the terrace allow you to relax in the sandstone of your desires. The kitchen is well equipped and will allow you to cook good dishes once you find your local fish, fruit and vegetable suppliers... after being updated, the internet worked. Since I spotted the house on airbnb (and this many months before booking), Christine has always been very responsive and understanding. Once there, the local contact always helped me with questions about the house. Speaking Portuguese well was also in my favor. I warmly recommend this house in the magical village of Atins and if you are looking for a Kite school, Pure Kite Surf is the best (brand new equipment, teachers of a very good pedagogy and everything very safe). It is not an easy travel to get to Atins. Only by boat or 4x4. It is to be considered if you plan to stay for a short period. Happily, Andrea was here to help all the time with transfer and so on. Then the house is amazing, the beach, the dune,etc… highly recommended if you want to spend good time in a remote place.

We were 9 people and we were very well accommodated. We loved the Lençóis Maranhenses and the house was the icing on the cake. A beautiful and very quiet place to rest. The whole family liked it and enjoyed the stay a lot.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely attentive and was always available to answer my questions and help with what was needed. Place is neat and well-organized, with no sign of mess or confusion. The atmosphere is very quiet and familiar, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The apartment is well structured, with all the essentials and more, providing total comfort throughout my stay. The toilets clean and in perfect condition. Without a doubt, an excellent experience that exceeded all my expectations!

Very well located, close to the riverfront, a new place, organized, I went with the family, barbecue in the leisure area, I did jet tour direct from the condominium deck, all very quiet.

Helpful and considerate host, helped us with everything. Impeccable apartment with great structure and location! You can stay without fear, we will be back soon!

the apartment is well decorated with good cleaning, cozy atmosphere and has everything as in the description..I even managed to wash clothes in the laundry room of the flat. I thought it was great. The host responds quickly and helps with everything. I recommend it!!
