The house is spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living area was comfortable and cozy. The rooms were airy and the beds were very comfortable. One of the highlights was the outdoor area, which provided a pleasant place to enjoy the sun and have a barbecue with friends. Gustavo was considerate and available to answer any questions I had during the stay. I recommend it too much.

The house is great. Very cozy, it has the face of Atins. It is very well ventilated, so there is no air conditioning, even on hot days. It has a very cool outdoor area, with grills, in addition to a sensational shower. We love staying in the house. Unique but it was that we found a little noisy at night because it was on the main street, and quad bike noises start early. Outdoing this, all note 10.

The house is very cozy, well located with a large yard, wonderful, comfortable and relaxing. It has hammocks to rest and hear the sound of nature. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are super clean like the rest of the house. In the bedrooms there are mosquito nets with very comfortable beds. The Lika who welcomed us is very friendly and helpful. She helped us by giving local tips and answering all of our questions, always being available. The house is close to markets and some restaurants. The beach is close too, being possible to do everything on foot but everything is on the sand. If you want, you can hire a quadritaxi for an affordable price. We loved our stay at Casa Coqueiros in Atins and will definitely be back.

Casa-Ne is a haven of peace. The Cajoueros in the garden make it a beautiful tropical garden. The many places to settle on the terrace allow you to relax in the sandstone of your desires. The kitchen is well equipped and will allow you to cook good dishes once you find your local fish, fruit and vegetable suppliers... after being updated, the internet worked. Since I spotted the house on airbnb (and this many months before booking), Christine has always been very responsive and understanding. Once there, the local contact always helped me with questions about the house. Speaking Portuguese well was also in my favor. I warmly recommend this house in the magical village of Atins and if you are looking for a Kite school, Pure Kite Surf is the best (brand new equipment, teachers of a very good pedagogy and everything very safe). I had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely attentive and was always available to answer my questions and help with what was needed. Place is neat and well-organized, with no sign of mess or confusion. The atmosphere is very quiet and familiar, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The apartment is well structured, with all the essentials and more, providing total comfort throughout my stay. The toilets clean and in perfect condition. Without a doubt, an excellent experience that exceeded all my expectations!

Great! Pollyana responded quickly. The Ap has all hotel structure and the breakfast is charged aside, the amount is R$50 per adult (amount in April 2025). The place is gorgeous and clean! I recommend with my eyes closed. As for the surroundings, there is not much to do... only the tours with agency and the center is 2km we get taxi!

We had a great week at Vilmagelia's apartment. Bright, very well equipped, air-conditioned. The condominium has a park with volleyball court, a walk that leads to the river . There's also a pool and BBQ area. Great for families . We highly recommend it . Vilmagelia was attentive and very responsive.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, organized, new, with new furniture, blankets and clean towels, it has everything, has washing machine, air conditioning even in the star room, sink, refrigerator, everything, new and comfortable sofa, in super safe condominium of excellent location, close to the pier (to go walking) super recommend.

The condo is located next to the new bridge, which gives access to the Lençóis Maranhenses National Park. It is an excellent convenience, as on the return of the tour to the lagoons it was not necessary to face the "traffic" of the town center. In addition, it has a swimming pool, barbecue and a pier that has an excellent view of the Preguiças River. The shower is excellent, strong water jet and various temperatures. The guest can choose the one that pleases them the most. The apartment has several dishes and appliances. For those interested in cooking, you will find several household utensils.
