Wheel the house - Løyt land

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Authentic romantic half-timbering from around the 1640s, with low ceilings. The house is located on Løjt land, with quiet and green surroundings. Close to the beach, 2.5 km to Loddenhøj (9 min by bike, 35 min on foot). Shopping 3.5 km (Brugsen and Netto). Løjt Kirkeby 3.5 km. Hiking trails right outside the door. Opposite the house, there is a picnic house, with the possibility of lighting a fire or a grill (No open fire may be lit at the house, due to the thatched roof).

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Classic summerhouse with a panoramic oceanview

The house which was originally built for the Danish cartoonist Bo Bojesen is newly refurbished in 2020 with a lager terrace from where you can enjoy the oceanview while cocking or baking a pizza in the wood-fired pizza oven. The house is furnished with classic danish furniture and is child-friendly. There is a playhouse, a slide, and toys. The sandy beach is only 200m down the hill and the paved road and 100m behind the house you will find a natural forest with hilly trails.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Forests and beautiful nature. 8 km to Stor climbing park. 18-hole golf course just across from the house. ½ hour to the German border. 10 km to Aabenraa. 3 km to shopping and pizzeria Pets are no longer allowed after 8/15/2021

Glamping ophold i shelter ved skoven, med udsigt til bål, bæk og solnedgang. 12 minutters gang fra hav og strand. Der er mulighed for de smukkeste vandreture i området. Jeg tilbyder tilkøb af morgenmad kr. 150/20€ pr. person pr. dag. Brænde kan tilkøbes. En kurv brænde kr. 75/€10. Sovepose med lagenpose og håndklæder er inkluderet i prisen. Ved min. 2 overnatninger tilbyder jeg dyner med betræk. Du har adgang til toilet og bad i mit hus.
