It is in a prime location, 300 meters from the water, quiet (play street) and yet central, directly on the park, in 2 minutes walk you can reach the market square and also the harbor promenade.

If you are looking for peace to relax, you will find it here. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the historic Vinetastadt Barth. This small harbor town at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula cordially invites every nature lover. So you will find behind our house a wide field on which in autumn the cranes like to take a break on their way to the south. The apartment has all modern amenities. It is on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via a spiral staircase.

With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

Am Meer seid ihr in 45 Min mit dem Rad und in 15 Min mit dem Auto. Fahrzeit Fähre vom Hafen Barth nach Zingst ca 45 Min.

The newly renovated and modernly furnished apartment is 40 square meters and ideally suited for two people plus a toddler. It offers you a bathroom with shower, a bedroom, a well-equipped fitted kitchen and the cozy living room. All rooms have separate underfloor heating. You will be living not far from the center, which is within walking distance. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. We look forward to seeing you.

The Baltic apartment is centrally located and the ideal retreat for two people. The historic marketplace with its inviting cafés, restaurants and bars is just a 1-minute walk away. The picturesque Bodden is also within walking distance and invites you to take relaxing walks by the water. The apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: a modern bathroom, a practical kitchenette, a small dining area and a cozy sleeping area.

Here you can relax wonderfully with family or friends. The cottage is very quiet and yet close to the center. The Baltic Sea is only 15 minutes away by car or a wonderful bike path. Barth is an excellent starting point for excursions to the beautiful Darß, Stralsund, the island of Rügen, Rostock, etc. After an eventful day, relaxation and a cozy evening by the barbecue or fireplace await in and around the vacation home.

Das zweigeschossige Ferienhaus ist umgeben von einem sehr großen Garten mit direkten Zugang zum Bodden über einen privaten Steg. Die am Haus befindliche, große Terrasse und der Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Mit dem eigenen Kanu oder Stand-up-Paddle können Sie die Umgebung erkunden. Am Bootssteg können Sie selbstverständlich auch Angeln (Ausnahme im Mai). Auf dem grossen Grundstück befindet sich noch ein kleines Haus.
