Hello, the room has been newly renovated with wooden floor, approximately 16m2, sufficient for 2 people. But you can look at other bigger rooms when you're two. I also live in the apartment and sometimes there are other guests in other rooms. The bathroom is for common use. Under the building are 2 supermarkets and a small business center. To the main train station or city center is also only max 10min walkway.
