The apartment is in an absolutely central location, 10 minutes' walk to the Westfalenhalle, the soccer stadium or the city. A supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. There are many great restaurants in the surrounding area. The U-Bahn [subway] stations are a 2-minute walk away. Free parking is available in front of the house. It is also possible to rent a parking space in the courtyard. If necessary, it is possible to rent two bicycles to get from point A to point B even faster.

Just a minute's walk from Lake Phoenix in a 100-year-old house in a traditional working-class district is our apartment "Bergmann". It has recently been newly renovated and is modernly furnished. If you want to do something in the evenings, the nearby Phoenix Lake offers many restaurants and bars.

We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.
