In the nearby area there are moose parks, bathing areas, summer cafes, adventure park, Emil in Lönnebergas Katthult and farm shops.

Also nearby is Vimmerby, 4.5 miles, where Astrid Lindgren's world is a popular destination. The nearest swimming area is about 6 km away. The swimming area is well suited for families with children.
