Close to the train station, well connected by public transport. In the lively district of Gundeldingen with various restaurants and shops, including urban infrastructure. The two-story apartment has a new fully equipped fitted kitchen, a small balcony on the 4th floor as well as a kitchenette (including fridge, washing machine & dryer) and a large roof terrace on the 5th floor.

Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäften, Kunst und Kultur, Parks und vom Center. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der zentralen Lage. Die Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien geeignet. Achtung: ab 31.03.2025 wird die Strasse vor dem Haus umgebaut und das Tram wird umgeleitet. Zugang zu Fuss zur Wohnung ist gewährleistet. Mit dem Auto nur noch über eine Querstrasse zugänglich. Die Bauzeit ist in 3 Etappen bis Ende 2026 geplant.

Please note: – Some personal items are present – Storage is minimal – Tram/street sounds may be audible – Not suitable for children – Animals are not accepted Great for solo travelers or couples seeking a quiet central stay.

Stylish appartment close to the city centre. Most important public transport to the train station, airport and Art Basel right next door. City centre 15 minutes walking distance. Very light appartment due to the huge windows. Located in a small street next to a park. Extremely comfortable and big bed (200x220cm). Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (hair dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel). Shared rooftop terrace with lounge furniture (no one but me ever uses it).

The loft is sunny almost all the time. Messe, Art Basel, center, Rhine promenade, restaurants, cafés, Lädeli, market and supermarkets are just nearby. Both train stations are right on our bus line. The airport is 30 minutes away or 10 minutes away. The terrace leads to the huge green quiet courtyard. The handling of the house is pleasant and warm. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher and granite surfaces. The Casper bed has a top-notch mattress.

City center 10min by tram, 30 min by a walk along the wonderful river Rhine. St. Jakob 10min to walk. SBB train st. 15min with the tram.
