First of all, we had a very nice time, the house garden and pool were perfect. Mr. Hasan was in communication with us, he was very understanding and hospitable. Her brother delivered the house to us, and she was very nice and welcoming. The items in the house were old. The tables have lace on the consoles and they were all very dusty. We advise you not to step on the carpets barefoot. The plastics on the floor in the bathroom were very worn out and broken. There were huge cobwebs and spiders all over the house. But if there are people you enjoy with you for general accommodation, your enjoyment in the pool and garden is priceless. We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it.

The house was very clean and convenient. It was as stated in the photos. Tolunay Bey's father was very interested, thanks to him. We used the hot pool on a very snowy day, it was a great experience, would definitely recommend it The temperature of the house and the temperature of the pool were also very good, and we even lowered the setting. The house has utensils such as plates and glasses and pots. There was enough wood. We recommend, thank you so much.

The house we stayed in was very nice, the building is new spacious and spacious. The interior architecture was very nice , with panoramic windows, lots of room, even better, lots of toilet bathrooms. Comfortable living room, big table enough for everyone, everything you could need in a house, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, various kinds of appliances , pots, plates, forks, cups, bowls - they were all available and new. There were even a lot of books for the kids, even board games for evening enjoyment. Let's get to the most important point, it has magnificent views due to the location of the house, you can watch both the embedded mountain in the greenery and the huge Sapanca lake. It has a very large heated pool. The water is nice, it's very enjoyable, both children and adults enjoyed it very much, they didn't want to leave. The most not expected is the table tennis room, we missed playing. The host, Mr. Hakan, is a friendly and helpful gentleman. She answered our questions in a very polite and detailed way.

We left the house where we stayed for two nights and 2 families today. It felt like home. The location was easy to find. The house was big and very beautiful Yes, the house and the items were old, but not in a way that prevented our lives. Although the pool feels cold at first, you don't want to leave when you enter it. The pool was also nice to enjoy, I loved the somina. If you have one, you can take 3 5 large bags of wood or they bring wood for 400 TL. The interior of the house was warm, but I recommend that you take something like a fleece on your house slippers.(There is a breeze from the large glass sides of the house). We did not have any problems with the kitchen utensils. There was no cutting board, there was no second pot, we didn't mind this, I'm sure they would have solved our problem right away. Great host. Very responsive. Place is even better than what the photos describe, garden is spacious and cosy. Common area, kitchen and restrooms require a little bit of touch up. Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The pictures and description are perfectly accurate. Everything went well and Emre is very responsive. The private pool experience with family was amazing. I recommend this place.
