Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Basque Country

Nadine and Oscar live very close nearby and we’re very responsive. The accommodation is in a beautiful old bill and the home itself is very old. Therefore don’t expect all mod cons - the heating is through a wood stove. But that added to its charm for us.

Great house for groups- lots of rooms with private bathrooms.

Already in advance, the communication was very pleasant, fast and straightforward. So was the personal key handover. The apartment is in a good location, not far from the old town. You have bus, metro and also the tram within walking distance. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a stay, even a longer one. It is also very clean. Absolute highlight is the large terrace with fantastic views over almost the whole city. If you want to criticize something, it's probably the somewhat weak internet. It would be good if it would work the same stable everywhere in the apartment and also on the terrace.

The house was better than what was shown in the photos, the cleanliness was impeccable, there were eight of us and there was plenty of room, the kitchen utensils were practically new and our host even had a first aid kit. Unbeatable. He also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and gave us several recommendations for the area.

Very nice corner of nature in the mountains, lots of things to see in the surroundings. Many opportunities for walking and cycling in the immediate vicinity, big town 25 km away so there is something for everyone during their stay. The host is very hospitable, always available and has an open door policy with a lot of knowledge of the region. Phil is also someone with many interests and is always available for in-depth conversations and if you wish you may be involved in his daily activities with donkeys or other activities. As described, this is not a 5-star accommodation but purely basic to reconnect with oneself. In short, a very pleasant stay for nature lovers without luxury.

The house is wonderful, very spacious, very comfortable to share between different people since each room has its own bathroom, 5 in total. Everything is in perfect condition and very well restored and decorated. It's a very warm home perfect for a weekend. We were very comfortable and thank you very much for being able to be there

Peaceful environment, very quiet, green landscape. We were able to visit the most emblematic places: Bilbao, Guernica, San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, Mundaka, … Leikeitio is a small coastal town very close to the accommodation, we enjoyed the beach and the walk on the dock. Tavernas also offer pinchos to take away or eat on the premises. Izaskun was very welcoming and was able to guide us as best as possible at the beginning of the stay, it was a real pleasure to meet him.

A beautiful place, well decorated with taste and very clean! A functional , well-equipped accommodation. Our kids had their room. A beautiful spacious kitchen. A smiling and kind and very caring host. The metro right next door is a big plus to get to the city center.

I was in Maria's apartment for a month and would definitely repeat again. Maria was lovely even before she arrived, she was super attentive and always ready for anything she needed. The location is very good, central and with all the amenities nearby and quiet. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, it sleeps wonderfully. It has central heating that works great. The kitchen is super functional and equipped with everything needed. Felt like home at all times.

Aitor's place is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is as advertised. Thanks Aitor for your trust. Another good thing is the neighborhood where it's easy to park.

We really loved staying at your apartment. It's very characterful and comfortable - had everything we needed. It's also in a great location for exploring Bilbao, especially the market, Riverside and old town, which are all easily walkable from the apartment. All the lifts amd escalators were also great for moving between the different levels. We loved exploring your amazing city.

My wife, three kids and I went to Donostia-San Sebastian to spend Christmas and New Years and stayed at Asier's apartment. Its location is ideal - surrounded by great lively restaurants, parks and all sorts of stores; less than 1-minute walk from the beach; 5-minute walk to the Old Part... you cannot ask for a better location in SS. It is true that the outside of the apartment can be a bit noisy, but the windows block the noise well enough that did not disturb our sleep at all. The apartment is the perfect size for the 5 of us and includes everything a family might need to comfortably stay for a couple of weeks. The kitchen is fully equipped, clean and easy to get around. The bathrooms are just perfect, and the bedrooms have plenty of space with very comfortable beds. We highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to explore this beautiful city!

Maria was extremely helpful on every aspect, responsive and accommodating. Can’t recommend enough her place in Zarautz.

Asier was very friendly, easy to contact and available. The apartment was spotless, clean and with very detailed instructions so we didn't have any problems with the heating or windows. It is located in an area 10 minutes from the walking center but very quiet. He left us food for breakfast (very varied and for all tastes) and had all the amenities one might need to enjoy a weekend (without having to worry about anything other than enjoying the city). It was a fantastic experience and I can't stop recommending this place, as if I go back to Vitoria, I will definitely repeat experience!

We were a short time a shame , the location unbeatable, in my case I was with an ankle injury and I found it perfect , no stairs , undisturbed bathroom 15 meters from the beach and 2 minutes from the historic center, very happy

Lovely apartment in a great town. Mia was a really helpful host and we had a great time in Bermeo.

Mikel has been in touch with us very well from the booking until our departure. He met us in front of the property to navigate us to the parking personally. He also kindly gave us the bar recommendations which are both very nice. The accommodation has a very big balcony and we enjoyed the beautiful sunset. It is conveniently located to the beach, supermarkets, Camino trail and local bars. If you still would like to go to the old town for bar hopping it is only 15min walk. Given the great location, space, view and also parking, this is definitely a value for money property.

Helen is very helpful and friendly, from adapted to our arrival. He left us coffee, drinks and basic bathroom utensils The apartment is very clean, as shown in the photos. 10/10. Highly recommended

We had a great stay at Ignacio and Carmen's apartment. It was extremely clean and comfortable and very easy to get into San Sebastian on the bus. We were also able to take our dog using the bus by carrying him in our arms. Ignacio was a very friendly and helpful host. The underground garage was large enough for our van and the large fully enclosed terrace was perfect for visiting with our dog. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

The house is close to the beach and downtown, there are also several supermarkets in the area. The house has everything you need, it is spacious and the access to get there is good. The community pool is fine, we went several times and were comfortable. The communication with the host was smooth. Recommended to spend a few days in Castro and get to know the village that is very nice.

Beautiful apartment in close walking distance to many great restaurants/bars, playgrounds and the beach!

Nice, cozy, clean and well furnished apartment. Located a short distance from the Metro station. Good service that there was a Metro ticket. Beautiful walks towards the beach and of course also visited Bilbao. Bakery for coffee and breakfast around the corner complete it. A nice and good accommodation!
