Enjoy an atypical and cozy 50 m2 accommodation in a charming little village located 30 minutes from Annecy, Aix-les-Bains and 45 minutes from the center of Geneva. Bright apartment on 3 floors with all the comforts you need. The living room on the ground floor is equipped with a 120 cm sofa bed. A spacious bathroom with corner bathtub and shower + separate toilet are located on the 1st floor. The kitchen/dining room on the 2nd floor is accessed by a "boat" staircase. The bedroom is under the roofs on the 3rd.

This accommodation for 4/5 people (possibility of adding a baby kit and/or an extra bed) is ideally located in the city centre of Seyssel. Single-storey adjoining the car park, easy to find. Everything is done on foot. (bakery, market on Monday, butcher, pizzeria, bar restaurant etc. With the view of the Rhône, the Viarhona nearby, the surrounding mountains, on holiday or passing through, the apartment will be perfect for you. The sofa bed has been replaced by a brand new, very comfortable one!

For a relaxing holiday: 45€/night for 2 people, and 15 €/night per extra person, pleasant accommodation, located on the first floor of our house, in a small traditional village at 850 m altitude (see internet "plateau-hauteville" or "Champdor.jimdo"). Enjoy with your children the bathing of Champdor at 800 m. Gate for children of 3-10 years in a closed courtyard (under the supervision of parents). Access to west facing terrace. Bicycles+helmets ready for 2 adults and 1 child possible.

The accommodation is comfortable and functional and also has private outdoor spaces. Ideal for 2 people (Not suitable for babies and young children). The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France.
