Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Bastia Umbra

Comfortable house ( also as a location!) and complete with everything .lessandra also gave us a lot of ideas on what to visit so much so that listening to it we fixed our plans. One more detail: beautiful illustrated books available for children and a set of detergents and foods available that makes us feel "cared for" . Congratulations!

A beautiful, centrally located, hilltop dream. A magnificent apartment in a beautiful village!

We needed a place for one night and we ran into this apartment. In the conversations prior to the day of check-in in Valentina, she was available, polite, and proactive. Upon arrival, we are greeted by the mother Manuela who welcomed us in an extremely nice and exhaustive way. It made us feel right at home. The apartment is large (even more than we needed) and includes every comfort. A small detail that I really liked was the hand-built boats. Very very nice. Overall, definitely also recommended for the location because I discovered that umbertide is really a nice country. Thanks Valentina and Manuela

Feeruccio is a great host! The location of his apt was perfect, it was on the main square. Cafes and restaurants were right outside the door. The space was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We would be happy to stay there again.

We had a great time at Giulana’s place. Perfect location in the very center of the city. Very comfortable place, very well equipped, lot of space for everyone. The host is very collaborative for any need. Everything in the house worked well: heating, hot water, chicken, bathroom. Very recommended! The only issue is the parking if you have a car. Since the apartment is in the center of the old city you have to walk down for the parking and in the morning the center is closed for non residents cars.

We stayed at Casa Lieta for two nights and the experience was really nice. The place was super clean, thoughtful, and welcoming from the very start. The hosts were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive, helping to make the stay even more enjoyable. The location is convenient and easily accessible, with the possibility of parking the car inside the property, a plus no small thing. The only thing that can be improved is the bathroom: the shower shares the space with the toilet and the bidet, so once used, the entire floor remains wet, making the use of sanitary ware very uncomfortable and at risk of slipping. Apart from this small inconvenience, we had a great time and recommend Casa Lieta to those looking for a quiet, clean stay with very kind owners.

Great spot in a very central location for exploring Umbria; you can easily make trips to Perugia, Spoleto, the Marche coast or the Sibillini....yet you have walking access to the restaurants and sites of Foligno. Simone was incredibly generous in leaving me lots of food when stores were closed (Easter). Overall a great place

We really enjoyed Francesco's apartment. It has everything it needs to feel like a home away from home. The location was good, and once you work out the escalators you can bypass the steep climbs. There were good restaurants and bars nearby. Overall, I'd happily stay here again.

The house exceeded our expectations by far! It is not only beautiful but also extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed by the dreamy garden, which offers a breathtaking view of the lake – a true oasis of peace. The communication with Andreas was excellent, as were the clear and helpful instructions that made check-in and our stay very easy. We felt completely at home here and would love to come back again!

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

Was lovely to stay at one of the apartments on Renato's estate. Renato and his wife are very kind and friendly and made us feel at home. The estate is very secluded on hilltop 5km drive from the village, with beautiful grounds providing enough privacy for individual apartments as well as a restful setting. Would love to go back next time we're in the area.

We had a wonderful stay. Silvia was very responsive, and she even brought us pizza upon our late arrival! The grounds are gorgeous and the views were incredible. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. Highly recommended.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

Rossella's accommodation is comfortable, spacious, well structured and with everything you need. There were 6 of us and we had a great time, the rooms are very large, a nice garden that is very well maintained, as well as the fireplace and barbecue. We can certainly only recommend Rossella's place.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house. The design is thoughtful and stylish, the view is breathtaking, and the library is a real gem. Such a peaceful and inspiring space. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The co-host who welcomed us was incredibly kind and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. It truly felt like a home away from home. We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

This was a great base for exploring the towns and islands on the lake as well as for day trips to Florence and Perugia. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and is very close to the town centre and the lake. It’s also set back on a quiet street away from the main road. Giovanni was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, meeting us at check-in and giving us some local recommendations. Overall, an excellent stay.

The apartment is wonderful and with everything. It is in a quiet area that allows you to reach both Perugia and Assisi by car in a few minutes. Truly perfect!

We stayed in Diego's apartment at Easter 2025. We were 4 adults and one child. The apartment was comfortable, super clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It perfectly matched the description and photos. The area where the house is located is very quiet and we had no difficulty finding parking for the car. Diego, although he did not meet him in person, was a friendly host and always ready to give advice and directions via chat. Great experience. Highly recommended

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Lovely new apartment that was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Great quiet location that was ideal for day trips around the region. Apartment was just as pictured and kitchen was well appointed. Laundry area in basement was exclusive to the unit and had full size washer and dryer. Daniele was a great host and we wouldn’t hesitate staying there again if we were in the area.
