It is an apartment tastefully refurbished by a famous Parisian architect. You're sure to love it. You will have access to the entire apartment, with its three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. The apartment has a washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, large fridge and freezer, ironing board, hair dryer, TV with cable…. I'm always available to guests at any time of the day or evening. The apartment is located in the Marais, one of the trendiest and busiest neighborhoods in the capital. Contemplate its rich architectural heritage, and indulge in its many shops and restaurants. This home is located a few steps from the Hôtel de Ville and St Paul metro stations (metro line 1). From Charles de Gaulle Airport and Orly Airport, it takes about 45 minutes by taxi. We can arrange your transfer from these airports.

The studio consists of a living room with a sofa and a dining table, the double bed is on the mezzanine and the kitchen is equipped with the essentials. The studio is on the ground floor of a typical Parisian paved courtyard and made by an architect. When leaving the courtyard you have plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance as well as the Marais and its iconic Place des Vosges 5 minutes away.

It can accommodate up to 4 people. However, there is no door between the living room and the bedroom. It is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. On the ground floor is an orthoptics office that is open during the day.

Le studio est au dernier étage d’un petit immeuble paisible de 3 étages sans ascenseur, le vis à vis est moindre ainsi vous pourrez voir les toits et les cheminées des immeubles voisins.
