Located in a small cul-de-sac village, very quiet and 10 meters from the woods and beautiful marked walks. A good breath of fresh air in the heart of nature with a multitude of activities nearby: hiking, mountain biking, Hautes Fagnes, Spa thermal baths, Golf, Circuit de Francorchamps, etc.

Please note, Wellness is not included in the price. The “Charmes du Velupont” cottage is located in the picturesque village of Avennes in the heart of the Hesbaye region. This area is known for its rich vegetation and for its cultural and historical heritage. The cottage is overlooking the Mehaigne river, which is part of a protected nature reserve. “Charmes du Velupont” is a real heaven of peace with a stunning view on this silent valley.
