Monthly Rentals in Bataan Peninsula

The owners, Thomas and Rita, warmly welcomed us to their beautiful home and property. April, on of their co-host, was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We loved their place, which is very clean, peaceful and has a huge grounds for a lot of things to do e.g. short trek, exercise, swim, etc. My daughter spent whole afternoon just seating in the veranda, reading and listening to the sound of different animals esp the birds. We were able to do guava and cashew picking as well with Rita’a permission :) She even gave us some bananas from their harvest (which was very sweet and tasty!). We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back again!

Neriniza’s place is located in a private subdivision. It’s really very quiet and you wouldn’t meet lots of people. Which is good for my mental health. Ms. Neriniza’s mom and brother were very accommodating. I miscalculated biking time of my BF so I had to check out with nowhere to go. Mom and brother gladly invited me into their own home while waiting for my BF and allowed me to leave our bags with them for a while. Sending my thanks to Ms. Neriniza, mom and brother. Really appreciate the help.

Very cute, cozy, and tidy place. We really enjoyed our stay, even if it was just for a day. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area. Host Ma Arlene was very easy to communicate with and extremely attentive.

It has a great scenic view. Feels like we are out of country. It gives a good vibes. Overall what makes it really a good stay is because of the owner who is very responsive and greats you with a smile.
