Our apartment is located in the heart of Batignolles, a lively neighborhood in the 17th arrondissement, 15 minutes walk from Montmartre. You will find many restaurants, cafes and shops on your doorstep. The apartment is 100m2, on the 5th floor with a lift, and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 separated toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen. This is a charming Haussman style apartment with numerous original features such as herring-bone parquet floor, moldings on the ceiling, and 2 marble fireplaces

It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
