It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. This is a small, but lovely studio on the ground floor. It has a garden terrace and is perfect for couples.

The newly renovated studio apartment (25 m2) is located 150 meters from the sea. There is no space for outdoor living and it is not suitable for children and people with reduced mobility due to many stairs. Looking forward to having you :)
