This accommodation, located at the owner's home, but nevertheless independent of the main house, offers a peaceful and relaxing stay for the whole family. On the banks of the Loir, close to La Flèche Zoo (2.9 km) but also 10 minutes from the city center of La Flèche, the accommodation is ideally located for a pleasant stay, without necessarily needing to use the car. However, it is not very suitable for cooking because there is no sink, but nevertheless offers the possibility of reheating dishes.

The "La Terrasse du Loir" cottage is private (open since 2021), you will be alone in the entire cottage. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. For 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1 inclusive. 115m2 cottage + large 24m2 terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5kms from the Zoo. The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Located in Montreuil-Juigné, our outbuilding is a 5-minute walk from the Mayenne, ideal for beautiful walks or bike rides. Our town has all the amenities and is a 10-minute drive to downtown Angers (possibility to take the bus and tram). The place can accommodate up to 3 people (1 couple + 1 child).

Very quiet environment two kilometers from the center of Brissac Loire Aubance. "La société" was the community café of the hamlet of Orgigné in the last century. Terrace appreciated by opacarophiles, parking, wood stove.
