I recommend it because it has very comfortable and spacious rooms. I loved the kitchen on the balcony. It is well equipped and clean. The receptionist made us feel at home and was very friendly. The place is located quite close to the beach. On the corner there are several restaurants, tour agencies, minimarkets, ATMs, pharmacies, and clothing and souvenir shops. You can request that your room be cleaned every day at a specific time. The hotel also offers tours if you want to book them. I would stay there again.

I had a very enjoyable stay. The two most valuable points are: the location (meters from the best beach area if you are in an all-inclusive and meters from the bar and business area. And the other highly valued aspect is the warmth, order and cleanliness of the hosts, who are always waiting for all the spaces to be sparkling. The mattress I got was very comfortable, but there were others that weren't so much. If you plan to do a lot of outdoor activities, the place is perfect. Going out to see the sunrise on the beach, which is just a 4-minute walk away, is a great virtue.😍 I felt very comfortable and I really appreciate the hosts for the stay.

The location is great 30 seconds from the beach. Nearby restaurants and stores. It's hard to be in a better location. Denis was very welcoming, he even wanted to drive us into the accommodation following our bus! He was also flexible on the checkout time which suited us a lot because we had a plane at the end of the day. This allowed us to enjoy the beach all the way to the end. I would recommend it 100% Thanks for everything!

Everything was perfect. The place was impeccable, the residential is very safe and the location is excellent. The only area for improvement would be communication with guests and clarity of check-in instructions. Other than that, it was an excellent experience. I would definitely come back and I recommend it.

The Art Villa is a perfect place from which to explore Bávaro. If you want something a little bit different than the resort bubble, the location and creative decor make this a perfect base. Daria was absolutely fabulous. Her hospitality made the trip extra special for myself and my group!

the room is large and comfortable, they have good equipment and highlighted the water to drink in the hallways. Breakfast is very rich, although if you book for Airbnb it has an extra charge of 5usd.

Fantastic Stay at Nancy's place in Punta Cana! I had a wonderful stay at Apartahotel Grañada Honda by Nancy Rodriguez. The room was clean, nicely air-conditioned, nice bathroom, strong WiFi, lovely patio with hammock, and TV. The pool was big, clean, and refreshing, with plenty of lounge chairs and a poolside bar and restaurant offering a selection of food and drinks. The hotel is in a gated complex with parking and felt very safe, with small shops (colmados) within walking distance. You can hear traffic on the patio, but it was quiet once you're in the room. It’s listed in Punta Cana but it's actually on the outskirts: a 50-minute drive from the airport and 30 minutes from Bavaro — perfect if you have a rental car and want to be out of the city. Only 10 minutes to Playa Macao. Nancy is a truly fantastic host and her staff were friendly and helpful. Be sure to visit Rancho Real, her nearby cigar shop and poolside bar — a great spot to relax and pick up souvenirs. Highly recommend!
