This apartment is a great address; the view, the calm, the walks on the beach. We stayed with 6 adults, a three-year-old and a 4-month-old baby. Warm welcome. Spacious house as described. Tree garden. Both beaches are nearby and you can walk there very easily in a few minutes. Comfortable bedding. The two terraces are really a plus to have your meals outdoors or relax in peace. We recommend it unreservedly.

We had a wonderful stay in Merrien, Bretagne, at Claudine’s beautifully restored old fisherman’s house. The home is full of charm and character and is fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the terraces on both sides of the house, perfect for enjoying the sun at any time of day. Our kids loved the net inside the house. They spent hours lounging and playing there. The location is amazing — peaceful, close to nature, and just steps from the harbor. We went paddleboarding (2 boards are available at the house), did some fishing and even found beautiful seaglass on the beach during low tide. One of the highlights was walking parts of the GR34 trail nearby and picking up fresh oysters from the little shop at the harbor. Claudine was a thoughtful, sympathetic and welcoming host, and everything was spotless and well cared for. This was truly a great experience, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Breton escape.

This is a fantastic house which is beautifully designed, comfortable and well equipped. It’s spacious with lots of places to sit and hang out. The pool is large and clean. The house is in a traditional oyster port in front of a canal. We found it fascinating to observe the farmers and learned a lot when buying fresh oysters from them. It’s a pleasant 50 minute walk to Arcachon which we did several times. There is also a train that takes 4 minutes. We loved our stay and hope to come back again. Would strongly recommend staying here.

We had a great time with the family in Gilles' house who is very available and attentive to the comfort of his guests. The location on the edge of the Sèvre is very relaxing and offers beautiful hikes to do on foot, by bicycle or by boat...

A little break in Concarneau in Yohan's studio. Everything was perfect, communication with Frédérique, the studio and naturally the view! We'll be back for a new parenthesis.

Listing matches the photos and descriptions. The view is just beautiful and the balcony is a real plus for lunch in the sun. I also liked the location for its proximity to the beach, different walks possible on foot and by bike, and to the thalassotherapy pool. Caroles appartment is absolutly fantastic, well designed and equipped with a personal touch. On the arrival day we received a friendly service from Solene and the when we left again. We will recommend this place and appartment very much - value for money !

Hélène managed our stay with a lot of sympathy, kindness and in a very professional manner. The apartment is very convenient and sufficiently equipped. just a downside for the beds whose mattresses are much too firm. A big thank you to Hélène for her kindness.
