You could bring your boat as there is many lakes to go on and fish on. Then just 15 minutes from Rotorua main town or just 5 to Ngongotaha then only a a hour from other close towns.

A self-contained dwelling which is located along side our home, it has all the necessities required for a home away from home. Our property is in a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of privacy creating a safe and secure place to stay. Ideally is for a couple but is capable of housing a family on a budget. Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, just off the main Pyes Pa Road. Tucked away in a very private tranquil setting only 9km from Taupo is our 1 bedroom guesthouse with separate kitchen area, lounge and bathroom. Surrounding the cottage is an expansive deck where you can take in the stunning country garden or just sit back and listen to the silence. Plenty of parking. WIFI available - not fibre, but get 15-20mbps. Sometimes WIFI is erractic for reasons unknown. Sorry no pets.
