Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Bay

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

The place: Good value for your money! Good place for disconnecting to the outside world since the signal is a little weak which is a good thing, it was described as it is. What you see and read is what you get! The host: the host was vey responsive and answered all my questions and confusion, it has been a while since the last time I used Airbnb and it was really nice to be back! The care taker: the care taker was very accomodating and nice to us, we were a little noisy during the evening but she patiently told us to tone down. Suggestions: Add more lighting to the pool area as it will be the place where most people will stay during the night. Add more lighting on the roof deck as it is a good place to stay at night while you enjoy tagaytay. Overall, the place is great! I will come back to this place and bring my other friends as is it a good place to unwind. Thank you host and caretaker!

My friends and I had a great time while we were at Gracy’s plus shes’s very communicative and was gracious enough to answer wjayever questions we have right away. Diffenitely wr would comeback again.

Improvements are needed in a few areas - but no major issues encountered. Still, we enjoyed our stay. ☺️

We had a good stay in boutique house. The only thing is there is a stinky smell from one of the room that we don’t know from where it’s coming from. And the pool is kinda cloudy, we felt like it is not clean however the caretaker assures us that they change the water every 3 months. The caretaker is always available which is good and the ambiance is so homey.

Ann was incredibly accommodating and very responsive host. By giving me all the information few days ahead , She made it so easy for us to check in. We had a wonderful time staying in Ann’s Place. A very comfortable and peaceful house. The rooms are spacious and cozy, equipped with air conditioning units. Bath towels, extra blankets, pillows and bedsheets are also available and well arranged in the closet and drawers. Really appreciate that Drinking water were provided and promptly delivered when low of supply. Love the amenities that were provided for us from toothbrushes to soap, shampoo and conditioner. Though there was a little problem with the plumbing in the bathroom, Ann was quick to respond and send a plumber to fix the problem. Will be staying again in Ann’s Place when I visit Laguna again. Thank you Ann for being a super host!

The place is very beautiful! All amenities in the listing were provided. The place was very clean as well! The caretakers of the home were very responsive. Additionally , the address provided is accurate so we were able to arrive at the destination without any hassle. The wifi is fast even though there are multiple gadgets connected. Also, water flow is strong. However, one improvement might be the electricity. Sometimes, it fluctuates. I believe the caretakers mentioned that they are using solar power also, which is good, but maybe some workaround is good. The fluctuation is unnoticeable at times but happens several times a day. As recommendations, hoping that the mic gets fixed so we get a higher score haha! Also, if possible that the jacuzzi will have heater. Overall, the place is still 5 stars!

THIS PLACE IS A GEM. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I have booked so many homes all over the world for more than a decade but this is by far the best Airbnb for me. The place gives a very relaxed and homy vibe. Everything was premium quality from the kitchenwares, bed linens, hand wash, wine glasses, water containers to towels. Also, they have everything you need even the things that you did not think about that you need - cork to open wine, insect repellents, magazines, books, etc. Mark and her wife are amazing! They were very responsive and friendly. They would attend to your needs urgently…super proactive. The freebies were a nice touch too - coffee, water, cookies. They thought of everything to make sure guest have a wonderful stay. They also allowed us to checkout one hour later. The place is better than the photos - very easy to find, checkin was seamless, the lawn was perfect for kids to run around and they have a big porch to have a nice meal outside. We’ll definitely go back! ✅👌

Had a great time staying on this place. Very responsive host and they make you feel comfortable by asking what I need. They ate very accomodating.

Pingpong and Basketball Court with pools was a plus when I had my family over to visit me. I wish there was a volleyball too! This was a very wonderful stay closer to TAGAYTAY. If you want to hit up nice BARS I’d suggest drive to Tagaytay at night around 11 PM so no Traffic and come back the same day. Otherwise I’d recommend Chop House Restaurant and Bar in San Pedro about 20 minutes drive which is a great vibe with live band goo foods. Walking distance to supermarket and near Vista Mall/ Ayala Mall/Paseo/Nuvali/

Just got home from a truly wonderful weekend at Wayan House. Everything in the house is high quality and immaculate. The pool, dining and kitchen area are so well designed and it was such a great place to celebrate my birthday. We were lucky enough to extend our stay and will certainly be back in the future - thank you and see you again soon!

We had an amazing stay! The place was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The actual place is way more better than pictured. The host was very responsive and made everything easy for us. Special thanks to Kuya Julius and Ate Emily for being so kind and helpful throughout our stay. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of. It's a fine place if you don't feel like doing anything and just want to spend a few days watching movies, playing games or meditating on the balcony while sipping a freshly brewed coffee.

This is our (me and my girlfriend) to have a staycation and worth it talaga 😊 very good place, unit, kitchen, bed, TV (with netflix and youtube), air-conditioned, stable/fast wifi connection, and the scenery.
