There are BIM and Şok markets close to Karşıyaka, within a 5-10 min walk to the subway. Our apartment is a clean and tidy living space with a family atmosphere. It is located in a calm and decent neighborhood. Since the apartment is a peaceful environment, guests are requested to be respectful, quiet and attentive to the environment. The house is ideal for families, business travelers, and those seeking tranquility. Please pay attention to the peace of the residents when entering, exiting and using the building. We wish you a comfortable and safe stay.

My apartment in the center of Karsiyaka is located on a spacious street away from the noise. It is in the new building, on the mezzanine floor, with a balcony and an elevator. Karsiyaka is 10 minutes away from the beach, the bazaar and only 3 minutes walking distance to the metro. There are many restaurants and chain markets around the house. There is direct transportation from Izmir airport by metro. It is also 20 minutes by tranway to Karşıyaka Hiltown and Mavibahçe shopping centers. I look forward to my clean home where you will stay peacefully.

Karşıyaka is very close to all public transportation and has sea view. We organized our apartment to make our guests feel comfortable and have a pleasant time. We are very happy to spend time with seagull sounds and sea views. We want our guests to be happy too :)
