Monthly Rentals in Beach Park

If you want to have as fun of a family vacation as we did, stay at the Coop! Especially if you have a Sailor graduating from boot camp! Close proximity to the necessities and base and not too far from Chicago if you want that experience. The space was adorably decorated with all the chicken decor you could ask for, but wasn’t cramped or cluttered. One of my favorite stays!

We loved staying at Melissa’s house. It was homey and somewhat secluded but still close enough to base and other conveniences. The kids loved the overlook from the upstairs. My son enjoying just hanging out with us after his Navy graduation. Melissa checked in with me after I booked to ask if I needed anything special since we’d be there for thanksgiving (which was so kind and helpful!). We’ll definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area again!

Our Sailor loved visiting us at the Indigo Cottage. The house was so sunny, happy and spacious. The closet was full of games. We played Uno. The shelves were full of books for all. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was perfect! Coffee, tea & cooking essentials were all there. It's a great walking neighborhood. Very safe and friendly and near a school. Less than 10 minute walk to grocery and restaurants and the bowling alley. We also had a rental car. It takes 15 minutes to get to Navy Graduation. This house is a gem! The host communication was excellent. Any last minute schedule changes or snags, they responded to instantly. So accommodating. ❤️ Did I mention the beautiful yard? Loved it here! If another one of my kids joins the Navy, I'm coming back!

We had several family members joining us for the weekend, celebrating my grandson’s Bootcamp graduation from the Navy. The house was perfect for what we were looking for. The older kids loved that the garage was turned into a game room. The weather did not allow us to utilize the very inviting back yard, but we would have loved to spend time out there. Dawn is an outstanding hostess. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, and everything was comfortable. I would highly recommend if you’re looking to just spend downtime with your Sailor, yet have an abundance of shopping and dining options nearby.
