The open concept main level has 3 sides of windows that let in great natural light. Each level has a large deck for relaxing while soaking in the ocean views.

Mexico Beach is a hidden gem, you will absolutely love it. This home is in a prime location in this beautiful, low-key beach town – the perfect place for a getaway…less than a block from the beach! The home was totally renovated by the previous owner and we hope to continue their legacy of such a wonderful beach vacation spot, boasting many return guests. Booking guest must be 25+.

Brand new construction completed in 2024 - the Outlook on Oleander. Just a 90-second walk to beach access at 4th Street. Three stories for stellar views! Our family has had a home in Mexico Beach since the '70s and we are proud to have rebuilt post-Michael! Come enjoy the forgotten coast and get away from it all. Snowbirds welcome. Due to the layout of our home, guests younger than 8 are not recommended. There are 3 flights of stairs - kitchen/living on third floor.
