Situated in the heart of our Historic Village District, this lovely 2nd floor apartment overlooks Main St. and is spacious and very cozy. Your host, Ken, looks after the place and takes cleaning very seriously. There's no TV but very strong WiFi for streaming. Our neighborhood is quiet, friendly and safe. Nestled between Bald Eagle State Park and Black Moshannon State Park, this is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the great outdoors. Our Guest House is nestled in the quaint town of Lemont with a view of Mt. Nittany out the back door. Conveniently close to downtown State College and everything Penn State. Enjoy a hike up Mt. Nittany, coffee at Cafe Lemont and/or dinner at Kamri Thai and Sushi House, Happy Valley Brewing or the Voodoo Brewery! It's all here. The house has been completely renoviated. The patio and firepit are relaxing spaces for you and your guests to enjoy!

Located between State College and Boalsburg in a quiet secluded setting, this home is the perfect place to relax, yet is only minutes from everything the area has to offer. The cottage has a brand new bathroom, multiple decks, a master bedroom with attached sun room, and large windows looking onto mature landscaping. Perfect for small families or couples, this cottage is warm and welcoming. This is a strict NO SMOKING and NO PARTYING home.

You’ll love our place because of the location with easy access to Penn State University, Beaver Stadium, downtown State College, I-80 and I-99. Our place is good for couples, small groups, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). You will have your own private entrance and off street parking in a quiet neighborhood with great views.

Our guest suite is located on a quiet cul-de-sac 5 blocks from the north end of campus, about a five minute walk to Pattee Library and 15 minute walk to downtown. This is the perfect place for the solo traveler or couples. The space includes a private entrance, one bedroom with a custom cherry desk space, wifi, large living area including a high top table with two chairs and a full bathroom.
