Idéalement situé à 500m de l’Allemagne et 1500m du Luxembourg. C'est une maison jumelée en pierre de taille de 115m² habitable, 10m² de courette dont 5 m² de terrasse et 44m² de cave. Situé dans un quartier calme et convivial. Le tout refait entièrement à neuf en 2023. Historiquement vous êtes dans l’ancien quartier des douanes.

Our 40 square meter apartment, which makes a vacation in 3 countries possible (Germany, Luxembourg, France), is located in a quiet location on the Moselle promenade of Perl-Besch. The living room offers a green view of the garden and the Moselle (side view). The apartment has a separate bedroom with TV and a sofa bed in the living room, also equipped with TV. An open, fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living room.

Important: There is no possibility to register in local commune during your stay. Address is blocked for this purpose as it's short term stay. In case of prolongation/ longer term stay a regular contract with registration is optional. This modern independent studio place is consisting of a room, kitchen with balcony and toilet.
