Conveniently located in the Park Hill area, with easy access to public transportation (close to #4 Bus which goes directly to #4 Subway, and #32 Bus to Metro North, 30 minutes to Grand Central). Huge Master bedroom, with a comfy queen-sized bed, private bath, and plenty of space. Parking space available in the street. Small cozy room in historic 1828 Dobbs Ferry home.

This is a sweet warm room with twin bed chest of drawers, desk and hanging closet with shelves. I have a 2nd larger room with two twin beds in it, listed separately, and also a very small bedroom with a slightly narrower bed with a curtain across the doorway. Please note: I have one cat. So if you are allergic, maybe not a good choice for you. There is no TV in the room.
