The property borders Bournda NP and trails lead to the "Kangarutha Coastal Walk". The Kalaru to Tathra bike path passes the property gate.

Belle Vue´s Red Room. Located 1,2km from merimbula town center. It has spectacular views overlooking Top Lake and Bay, 65 meters above sea level. This BnB is located beneath the owner’s home. There is a flights of stairs, (22 steps), down to the Red Room. Only 1,2 km to town (15 min walk), yet secluded and surrounded by dense greenery on the edge of a nature reserve of bush land. The boardwalk is just a 7 minute walk away. Please Note: Outdoor kitchen with amenities.

Superior Cottage 4 Berth (2 Queen)

The 2 bedroom Superior Cottage is one of 21 cottages. It is fully self contained, featuring tasteful decor and fittings. Air-conditioned with Queen bed in the main bedroom and a Queen bed in the second bedroom. Separate bathroom, open plan living area with log fire, large flat screen TV, DVD player, Nespresso coffee machine and outdoor gas BBQ. All bedding and linen is supplied including toiletries and a starter pack of amenities.

This one-bedroom apartment is situated on the 1st floor of our house. It's just a couple houses up from the lake and minutes away from the stunning Merimbula boardwalk. Our property backs on to a reserve where you can hear plenty of bird songs and spot a wallaby on most days. There is a small kitchenette supplied with microwave, plates, cutlery, kettle and toaster. There is no stovetop.
