Full of affectionate details and super well located: 250 meters from the beach (and the new boardwalk where there is a beautiful sunset); 300 meters from the two main avenues; and 400 meters from the Guanabara Supermarket. The House is in the back, has a barbecue and shares the patio with another house, where I live with my dog Simba, a very gentle and sociable Golden Retriever. The kitchen and barbecue are fully equipped, and the laundry has a washer and dryer for added convenience.
