The place is very conveniently located near all major tourist attractions and in a very quiet and peaceful complex. The property is located at one of the highest points in Panhala, offering a panoramic view of the historical fort. The house is well furnished & fully equipped with all amenities (Air conditioning, inverter back-up, Free Wi-Fi, cable TV, refrigerator, etc) to enjoy a relaxed & enjoyable stay.

The apartment is on the last floor in one of the tallest buildings in the vicinity. Its been seldom used as a guest house by the family since its inauguration a few years back, since we, our relatives and friends enjoyed the property we decided to open it up to other travel enthusiasts who enjoy traveling and being pampered high quality accommodation services.The apartment has a beautiful view from all its 3 large balconies and has a swing in one of the balconies. Antique family insignia that once belonged to the owner’s forefathers adorning its stately walls, along with their black-and-white photos proudly eyeing the onlooker, all make one aware of their historic importance, especially when one understands they’re looking at the images of the elders who fought side-by-side with and for the great Maratha King Chhatrapati Shivaji against the British & the Moghuls three-and-a-half centuries ago! Yes, you’ll get looked after by one of the Rajes-Nimbalkars! The property is a huge, fully furnished 3bhk with balconies the size of bedrooms and all three bedrooms the size of master-bedrooms, and with one among the balconies commanding a wonderful view of lush fields and mountains beyond. Lingappa, the property manager, was there to attend to our needs, and he ensured nothing lacked. And speaking of value for money, it’d be an understatement was one to say the same. Highly recommend.
