Very peaceful country setting. Great communication. Just as described.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew's place with a group of ladies celebrating my soon to be sister-in-law. Our group ranged from late 20's to early 50's and everyone had plenty of room and appreciated the huge house! The view from the balconies for coffee was beautiful and we used the dock for a pontoon we rented. We would love to cpme back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

My team and I really enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and the neighborhood was nice and peaceful. We look forward to staying there again.

We absolutely loved this house. Perfect for large families. Lots of great spaces inside and outside. I have never seen as many dishes as this place has!! You definitely won't run out. The beds were comfortable (and I don't say that often). We annually go to an Airbnb with the whole family on Thanksgiving. Everyone agreed, this place was one of their favorites. The owners are nice and very quick to reply to any questions. We all had a great time!!

The PERFECT place to go with a large group and ensure everyone has their own privacy/space. Beautiful views, right on the water, and all the amenities you could ask for. Mary Beth was very responsive to my thousands of questions and ensured we were well prepared for the weekend. We hosted my husbands surprise 30th birthday here and it couldn’t have been a better weekend. We will forsure book with Mary Beth again in the summer.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Southern Comfort II. The property was open and spacious enough for a large gathering. Everyone could spread out and enjoy the amenities- hottub and game room. The entire home was neat and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds/bath were very nice and far enough away to enjoy some quiet. The view was outstanding! Simply beautiful! The small town was quite sleepy, but we didn't decide on this location for such activities as we simply planned to be with each other. We highly recommend John and Southern Comfort II for a large gathering.

Britney, Mike and Jenny were very responsive to issues we had with water, heat and hot tub. Everything was corrected very quickly. The house was perfect for our family and the house was decorated with a beautiful 12’ Christmas tree. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a large Christmas dinner for 26 people Christmas Eve. Thank you Britney for making our Christmas very enjoyable! Great memories were made.

Beautiful condo! It was great for our family of 6. We rented a golf cart, which made it easier to get around. Chris was very responsive! We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the stay, as Floridians were not quite used to mountain driving so it took a bit longer to get to and from than we had thought

The cottage was exactly as described and felt cozy and comfortable as if we were at home. The surroundings were clean, beautiful and peaceful. Will definitely be staying here again at some point.

Extremely satisfied with our stay. We were there from Wednesday to Saturday night. Rode Tackett creek, and ride royal blue. Things to note your about 5.5 miles from trail 36 about 15-20mins to the trails. Ride royal blue camp ground also about 20 mins. Stinking creek road is going to take you to just about everything. If your looking at booking for a sxs trip it’s definitely worth it ! Perfect place for a big group! Bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless. Host would answer a phone call on the first ring 10/10 👍🏻

So nice to have space and a kitchen. Very clean and everything was nicely labeled. I wish it wasn't so cold so we could have enjoyed the front porch. Beds seem new and couch was comfy and worn in (had to fluff the cushions after a movie), but it was very homey! Would stay again.

When we arrived the place was just as described. Clean, peaceful, great yard. Issues with the internet and we notifed them and they were quick to respond and they quickly moved us to another house next door. This house was also beautiful and clean. They recommended the local restaurant at the end of the road and B&B market is definitely somewhere you want to eat!! Food was delicious! Both houses were very well maintained. James and Megan were wonderful to deal with, very nice and responsive. We would definitely recommend staying with them and will stay again next time we come to ride. Numerous riding trails within a few miles. Not very far from town. The 2 houses we stayed in were at the end of the road with lots of room to park 2 extended cab trucks with trailers. If your wanting to ride at Tackett Creek or Royal Blue, you need to check these places out. Offthetracks 2 and 3 are both well worth the stay!!! Highly recommend!!! And if you have a big group, these 2 are right next door!

We traveled to London for a funeral and the house was perfect. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, exactly as described, beds are very comfortable, and the host responds very quickly with any questions you may have. We loved our stay! We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

Great place! Beautiful private lot in the country. Very clean! Nicely decorated and well stocked. Nice amenities such as the porches, fire pit, and lots of parking area. Felt very welcomed with her note, candy and holiday decorations. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay for 12. There was plenty of room inside and out for us to all enjoy. We did a lot of cooking, the kitchen was so well stocked! Would highly recommend!

Lodging options have always felt very limited when visiting my husbands family in London. The Black House was such a lovely respite to reset and rest in between travel and busy family time. Channing has kept every detail in mind and we felt at home and at peace the entire time we were there. She and her husband were both personable and responsive to any questions or concerns…even in the midst of the busy holiday season. We hope to visit again in the future!

Great spot to stay while at Black Mountain Off-road park. Peggy was an excellent host and I would recommend her place to others. Parking is large enough for trucks and trailers which was a big plus!

Beautiful view! Secluded property. The house had a cozy feel. Very welcoming. We will definitely be renting this house again!

Ashley’s home is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Rooms are very large and the neighborhood is very quiet yet close to town - restaurants, etc. Kitchen is well fitted out; laundry is top notch. Only item to note is that the end bathroom is one-step into the garage which is super clean and HEATED which was windfall on these chilly winter days. Ashley likes to decorate so there are very nice floral arrangements on most tables. Very comfortable seating for watching movies etc on the big tv. We will definitely stay there again!!!

Great host in a beautiful location! They let us borrow something to cook with that we forgot to bring which wad so kind!

We booked The White House while we were visiting our grandson to watch his baseball game at LMU!! Kyle and Bri were extremely helpful, polite, responsive and sweet! We found the home to be exactly as it was shown on their Airbnb site and it was more than fabulous! Everything you could ever want or think of was in this home. They went over and above to accommodate their guests and you can tell that when you walk in! There was a lot of love put into that home so that it would be a place of peace and comfort to their guests. We have told everyone about their home and we will be back soon! It just doesn’t get any better than this! It was approx. 12 miles from LMU and worth every mile of the drive! Such a beautiful and serene setting! Perfection at its finest!!! Thanks, again, for an amazing stay and your wonderful hospitality!! ❤️❤️

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this property. The home was exactly as described—immaculately clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Check in/out instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone coming to the area.

Very comfortable and cozy home. Plenty of linens, towels and anything else you would need. Convenient parking and easy access to home. Will stay again!
