We offer a completely separate unit that is attached but private from the main home.

Private, with a huge deck looking over the river, comfortable, fast broadband, Netflix, leather couches, comfy beds, air-con, books, games, barb q, full kitchen. Januce is about relaxing. Fishing from the yard, reading a book on the deck, a glass of wine, walks, beaches, drives in the country, canoeing, visiting local places. Come and spoil yourself.

Our place is 6 acres of native forest next to a pristine lake, within easy walking distance of beautiful, uncrowded beaches. We are close to the village of Urunga, and a half-hour drive from Coffs Harbour airport. Enjoy the privacy, views, and the quiet, natural surroundings. We welcome families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This two storey unit has a separate bedroom with ensuite, lounge-room, and private balcony with BBQ provided. Laundry available. No pets please.

We're back!!! After being away on an extended holiday we're opening up the Funky Cabin again. Only 100 metres from the beautiful Bellinger river. Relax in this unique and spacious studio, chill on the hammock or watch Netflix whilst having a rejuvenating bath. Enjoy a BBQ and wine on the deck and take in the bird life. Conveniently located with Sawtell, Bellingen and Urunga all within 15 mins. The local bowling club and cafe are just 3km down the road and North beach only 3.5 km.
