Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This newly built cottage has it all. Two bedrooms (plus loft), 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8. The main floor bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom located beside it. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and also has a full bathroom next to it. The large loft has a sleeper sofa that will sleep two as well as a dedicated workspace area. The basement level has a rec room with a sleeper sofa, half bath and laundry. Come and enjoy nature.

The Victorian is a large roomy house that is big enough for you and your loved ones. There is plenty of room to host groups of 18 or more guests at a time. Located 7 minutes off of I70 in the village of Barnesville which is nestled among the rolling hills of eastern Ohio. There is a heated pool that is available for your use during the summer months! Official pool season is Memorial Day to Labor Day. We can often times be open earlier and later than that but can’t guarantee it.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable, spacious 2 story house built in 1885 that’s been stylishly renovated and updated. Near all the local attractions and the Ohio River as well as easy day trips to surrounding states. A large fenced backyard and porches on the front and back are a pleasant way to enjoy the beautiful weather and kick your feet up. We love everything about our hillside home next to Grand Vue Park and enjoy how much our guest love it too. This space was designed with love and attention to detail. The extremely spacious suite with private entrance has a beautiful covered deck overlooking our hillside pasture and the wooded land behind us. An entire wall of windows offer perfect views. Many guest say the King size bed is most comfortable they have ever slept in . The bathroom is simply dreamy.
