200 year old farmhouse, wide pine board floors, huge private space. Enjoy built in dormer queen sized bed with window overlooking farmland and a separate king sized bed. So Comfortable. All inclusive Sunday Breakfast....This farm brings peace to the souls of all that enter! This space gives you the sense that you are in a loft apartment and that you are private yet everything is accessable. Meals, smoothies and muffins are made availble as schedule allows . Check in before bringing pets!
What guests are saying:“We loved this place, it was so unique. The animals are great, the alpacas are hilarious to watch. Ricki also let us bring our dog Cora along, and set up a teepee in the room for our daughter! Though I think the cat liked it best. The host is super nice and welcoming. The only thing I'd mention would be that the door to the house is never locked, and the door to the room (which has a common entryway with the rest of the house, albeit at the top of a set of stairs) doesn't really latch, and definitely doesn't lock. Which means the home's 3 dogs and kitty can and do come and go. They were well-behaved and we love animals, AND it made my 9 year old sooooo happy so it was a plus for us! But maybe not a good fit for others, so just take note. :)”

The guest house has all you need to feel at home. Within 15 minutes you'll find Highlands Bike Park, hiking, lakes, beaches, mountains, NH Speedway, concerts at the Bank of NH Pavillion, and Tanger Outlet shopping.
What guests are saying:“We loved our winter getaway at Debra’s! We came up to do some hiking and see the ice castles and it was so nice to be able to come back to such a cozy and welcoming place! We had everything we needed and then some! With our own kitchen area we had the option to make some meals versus go out. We were only 40 mins. or so from North Woodstock and it was mostly highway, which made for a really easy ride. So many amazing winter views! Also very close to the outlets and grocery stores, etc. as needed. Definitely also check out the elk farm as well! This location is also not too far from the lakes or Loudon and if we had time we would have explored and hiked more! Thank you Debra! All of your little touches of coffee/tea/water needs and small snacks showed how much you care for your guests! We hope you have a great rest of your winter!”
