The place is quiet, it has everything you may need nearby, with a very good bakery that I recommend. Thanks to the good taste of Alana, upon arriving at the house we find a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, after returning from a tiring day out.

Marielsa was very willing to contact us, and her apartment is excellent. It is possible to comfortably accommodate four people, as they are two bedrooms with double beds, added to two great bathrooms. The furniture and kitchen utensils are in excellent condition, and we were able to make use of several of them satisfactorily. Bed linens are of great quality and well sanitized. The building also has a parking space, which has ensured us good security for the vehicle. The location is great, with restaurants, market, pharmacy and shops nearby, in a safe region of Belo Horizonte. Sometimes there is some noise around the building, but this is at the very disposal of the Savassi neighborhood and its agitated daily life, and it certainly does not take away the quality of the apartment or the sleep. We reserve the apartment due to a contest, and when the windows are closed, the outside noise is no longer heard. We strongly recommend renting this site.

The villa is excellent, accommodated everyone in comfort, beautiful space with pool and barbecue grill and a spectacular view of BJ. Geraldo is a great host, it has helped us with everything we need, with lots of sympathy and disposition. I recommend it.

The house is exactly like in the pictures, very beautiful, well tidy, everything clean, has everything necessary for a great stay. We were in a group of 6 people and the place was great and the host always answered me and answered my questions quickly!

Thanks for staying in this wonderful home in the heart of Belo Horizonte. The hosts are very kind and requested, the organization of the space is impeccable, and has every essential structure to live long periods. Wi-fi for work, television with pay channels, which provided one of the Flemish hosts to watch the Flemish be eliminated from the liberators. Household appliances, bathrooms, washing machine, and especially comfort. We had good times in the house, and in Belo Horizonte. I am very grateful for this stay, I will probably return to this house more often. Santa Tereza is an amazing neighborhood and the house is close to the corner club. Bairro Massa, has market, bakery, pharmacy near, to go walking.

Wonderful house, Marcio and Cleide are great and very polite people. The house in perfect condition, super cosy and Cleide is super cozy. Bathrooms and bedrooms with mirrors perfect room area great room and garden in the background, perfect!!! We drank coffee every day outside and at night the lighting of the wonderful air! Nilton is a very helpful, attentive, careful Host when explaining how to access the space, giving all the guidelines. The stay was quiet, with everything necessary to spend the days with 4 adults and one baby. The Condominium is close to everything for guest service, pharmacy, restaurant, gym, supermarket and mall.

The host was super friendly and requests. The apartment is simple but very clean and tidy. only in the surroundings (condominium) that was with high bush. I had no problems requesting services like uber and ifood .

Great location and everything very well organized! In addition to being very well cared for, Frederico left all bedding and utensils as new shampoos and soaps available in all bathrooms. I highly recommend it! When we return to BH, it will be the first place we will check if there is a vacancy!

The apartment is in Belo Horizonte, but it is far from everything. Apart from that, the only inconvenience, there is nothing to complain about. The condominium is closed, without problems with security. Nearby of the station mall, where there is even a Smart Fit, but there is no way to walk. The apartment itself is great. Three bedrooms, many mattresses, large kitchen, washing machine, there was nothing missing. The hosts are super helpful and wonderfully polite. My only suggestion, although prudent and important in advance of the absence, would be to provide bed and bath linen, as well as toilet paper and soaps. We know it's not a hotel, but that would compensate for the geographical isolation of the site and attractiveness of the stay for next guests. Other positives: electronic lock, 24-hour concierge, mining education, kindness, cleaning, detailed and extensive instructions, board games (!), fair price for 5 people, space for one car, quick answers, easy contact, large apartment.

I went to BH with two friends to attend a congress at UFMG. The accommodation is very close to the institution, with easy access to public transportation as well. The place is quiet, and Fernanda is very attentive! It was a great accommodation, we returned home very happy with your receptivity. I highly recommend!
