The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Perfect base for Siena centre, Chianti wine area, with Castellina in Chianti only 20 minutes on a panoramic drive. Florence and Montepulciano within 1 hour and San Gimignano 30 minutes. The cottage is part of our estate where we also live with our adult children and dogs that we keep in our fenced garden at the rear of the building. We highly value our guests privacy but we are available for any need.
