We had a pleasant stay, the apartment is very clean with all the necessary amenities, the pool is large and well maintained in the presence of lifeguards, the residence is monitored by a private company 24/7 which is important for the safety of children. I recommend this listing.

Very quiet residence where we were able to recharge and enjoy the garden and beach nearby. Superette within walking distance. Reastive and available host I fully recommend

Great beautiful residence, brand new , very clean, nice pools, very close to the ocean and restaurants, shopping. The apartment very very nice and clean, very well equipped , clean sheets and brand new clean towels. Sabrina is the best host I ever met here in Morocco, very kind, respectful, friendly, she responded all my requests, regarding early check in , and about everything. I’ve travelled to Morocco many times and this was the first time I’ve decided to go Airbnb instead of hotels! I must say being away from the typical destinations was worth it. The accommodation was at a high standard with an easy access to the beach and a Golf course. The location is very family friendly and the host was a great as she helped us to easily organise local trips to Rabat and Casablanca. We had a pleasant stay in Bouznika in this apartment. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine, which was very convenient for our family stay. The bedrooms, including the children's room, were comfortable with clean linens. The fiber internet connection was excellent, and there are two toilets, which is always a plus. The large balcony offers beautiful views, and free parking as well as the elevator made our stay easier. Special mention for the very clean pool surrounded by a peaceful green space, perfect for relaxing. We would highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon.

If you're looking to escape the hustle and noise of the city, this is the perfect retreat. It's easy to find and conveniently located near Rabat, Bouznika, and Skhirat, with plenty to explore within a 30-minute drive. The host was incredibly responsive, and we appreciated the thoughtful guidebook provided upon arrival, detailing various activities in the area. Without a doubt, I’ll be coming back!
