Larkspur Garden Guesthouse

Located in Bend's Midtown and with access to the Larkspur trail that leads to iconic Pilot Butte, this bright, newly built 450 sq. foot apartment balances cozy and modern elements to make your stay in Bend comfortable. Equipped with a full kitchen, a separate room with a queen bed, a deep, relaxing tub, a sofa that converts into a memory foam queen bed, a TV with access to Netflix, and a separate laundry room. Our space is a great option for 2 guests, but it can fit up to 4.

We built this home out of a passion for creating welcoming spaces. Years ago, we renovated a motel on the coast - an experience that sparked our love of hospitality and shapes how we host today. We live around the corner with our kids, a golden retriever, and a few cats. Mike’s a local realtor, and Betsy manages business ops for Bend Fire & Rescue. We love books, music, and helping you discover the best of Bend - trails, eats, and community.

Newly renovated 1940 Classic! Located just steps away from the center of town and all the shops and restaurants that Bend has to offer. Our home consists of the 2 bedroom "Urban Spruce" and a separate one bedroom lower unit "The Downtowner". Located under a magnificent Blue Spruce tree on a surprisingly quiet street, this combination of location, serenity, and quality of craftsmanship make for an exceptional destination option!

Tucked away on a quiet acre in Three Rivers, our cabin is a cozy, eco-friendly basecamp for Central Oregon adventures. Soak in the hot tub after a day on the trails, warm up in the barrel sauna, or gather by the fire pit under the stars. Inside, you’ll find knotty pine, a full kitchen, WiFi, and thoughtful eco-friendly touches. 30 min to Bend and Mt. Bachelor, 15 min to Sunriver — and far from the noise.

Larkspur Lodge — Cozy, Private Guest Suite

Formerly known as "Chili Powder Inn," Larkspur Lodge offers a cozy and inviting space to relax and enjoy all Bend has to offer! Located in the Larkspur neighborhood on the quieter side of Bend. A quaint, scenic trail is walking distance from the house. Downtown Bend and the Old Mill shops are minutes away. The entrance is private with convenient key-code access.
