Les instructions sont claires et utiles. J’ai beaucoup aimé la réactivité. La villa est très propre et semblable aux photos. Il y a plusieurs pièces pour accueillir la famille ou pour un weekend entre amis. Je recommande vivement.

L’appartement de Yannick est très sympa pour un weekend à Cotonou entres amis. L’endroit est exactement comme sur les photos. C’est confortable, moderne et hyper bien aménagé. Yannick et Monique étaient très sympas et flexibles. Je recommande !

Très sérieux. La villa est très propre et la personne qui vous accueille (Emile) est très gentil et serviable. Aucune difficulté pour la communication avec notre hôte du moment de la réservation jusqu'à notre départ. Je recommande fortement.

Hôte très accueillante, très réactive pour répondre aux questions. Très arrangeante pour les horaires. Maison très bien décorée. Très propre à l'arrivée. Ideale pour accueillir des européens. Dispose de toutes ce qu'il faut en vaisselle et électroménager. Ce qui est très rare au Bénin. Jardin très agréable également. Très accessible, proche d'une voie goudronnée. Merci pour votre accueil. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans la villa de Marel. Le lieu correspond exactement aux photos (voire encore mieux). Le plus de cette location est l’aménagement extérieur. Nous en avons profité à fond. L’hôte et ses interlocuteurs sont réactifs. A bientôt pour un nouveau séjour.

Tout était parfait. Monsieur Arnaud s'est montré disponible et réactif. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Cotonou dans ce logement qui est encore mieux que sur les photos. Je recommande à 100%.

Harald selbst habe ich nicht kennengelernt, dafür seine Managerin Rita, die mich nach Mitternacht am Flughafen mit einem Taxi abgeholt hat. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft top sauber und entsprach den Fotos. Rita war immer ansprechbar und reagierte umgehend auf Vorschläge, zum Beispiel den Kauf eines zusätzlichen Ventilators. Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt, ist sie nicht der Sonneneinstrahlung ausgesetzt, somit brauchte ich so gut wie gar nicht die Klimaanlage. Das Internet funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Wohnung liegt ein bisschen abgelegen, aber dafür ruhig und man hat mehr Kontakt mit der Nachbarschaft, außerdem es gibt die Zems, die einen preiswert überall hinbringen. Die Gegend ist, sowie auch ganz Cotonou nach meinem Empfinden sicher. Rundum, ich kann die Wohnung jedem weiterempfehlen. Für die relativ hohen Energiepreise ist nicht der Vermieter verantwortlich .

Ya en otras ocasiones he opinado sobre la casa de Fausta. Y el hecho de repetir una y otra vez es la mejor opinión que podemos ofrecer. Supera con creces a muchos recursos hoteleros de la ciudad. Además de valorar excepcionalmente las instalaciones, valoramos de manera muy importante la atención constante de fausta y de Parfait. Logement très agréable situé dans un quartier calme et à proximité des commerces et de la plage. Le contact avec le propriétaire était facile et très cordial. Nous avons passé un séjour reposant.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. L'emplacement était parfait, proche du stade Mathieu Kerekou (Kouhounou). L'appartement était très propre et bien entretenu. Il y a la PS5 qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. M. Christel étaient toujours disponible et très responsable. Je recommanderais cet endroit à toute personne recherchant du confort, du calme pour séjourner à Cotonou.

the studio is well situated and is very comfortable. the matrasses, as in most hotels in benin are very stiff.

J ai passé un excellent séjour chez Adébaré. Il a su apporter des réponses à toute mes questions. C est avec un réel plaisir que je reviendrai chez lui, je recommande ce logement sans problème .

Host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze. His employees are also very helpful and available. The kitchen area was my favourite in terms of design. Very compact and perfect for a solo traveler.

The property is clean and safe. The host communicated well, were very helpful, professional and courteous. I would definitely stay there again.
