Instructions are clear and helpful. I really enjoyed the responsiveness. The villa is very clean and similar to the photos. There are several rooms to accommodate family or for a weekend with friends. I highly recommend it.

I haven't met Harald myself, but his manager Rita, who picked me up at the airport by taxi after midnight. The apartment was super clean upon arrival and corresponded to the photos. Rita was always responsive and responded promptly to suggestions, such as buying an extra fan. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, it is not exposed to sunlight, so I hardly needed the air conditioning at all. The Internet worked flawlessly. The apartment is a bit remote, but quiet and you have more contact with the neighborhood, there are also the Zems that take you everywhere inexpensively. The area is safe, as well as all of Cotonou, in my opinion. All around, I can recommend the apartment to anyone. The landlord is not responsible for the relatively high energy prices.

Had a great time in this apartment. The location was perfect, close to Mathieu Kerekou stadium (Kouhounou). The apartment was very clean and well maintained. There's the PS5 that made my stay even more enjoyable. Mr. Christel was always available and very responsible. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, quiet to stay in Cotonou.
