This home was a dream. Peaceful location to watch sunrise over the river and right on walking path. Chef's kitchen fully stocked with everything you need and wonderful outdoor spaces. Highly recommend and would stay here anytime we are in town.

The photos don’t do it justice- the house had so much space and was clean. The location is about 7 minutes from Walmart, Walgreens, Starbucks. And maybe 15 minutes from attractions to do with your family. From the Carousel of Dreams to the largest mini golf location in Washington, to some great restaurants that also will deliver no problem. This house is great for your family and has a private backyard area for your pet to use if needed. We stayed during a snowstorm and the house easily stayed warm no problems. We will be staying again for future visits.

The house is perfect, quiet even though a train may pass by. The views of the river, mountains and surrounding area makes this place special.

Very nice place. Comfortable feel. we travel for work. And sometimes we are looking for a place late at night to stay. the host responded very quickly. Doesn't work with us to get into the house. With no stress, easy checking and very well priced. Next time we are working in the area.We will check to see if this house is available first

Luis was so kind and very responsive whenever I messaged him. The home was beautiful, and just perfect for my family and I. We enjoyed our stay, we love that the stores and mall was less than 10 minutes away, pretty much almost walking distance. Definitely highly recommend, I know when we plan our next trip to Washington we will be booking here again.

Staying at Mim's Place was lovely. Three words to describe it are clean, cozy, and accommodating. It feels like you're staying at your grandma's place who lives in a country farmhouse. She's even got a few toys for the grandkids. And when they say the kitchen is fully stocked, it really is, food included!

It is a small, clean place that is perfect for a couple visiting the local wineries. This place is very close to some great wineries, of which we would recommend Terra Blanca and Elk Haven for great wine and customer service. There's not a lot else to do in Benton City, but it's not too far from West Richland and such where there are some restaurants and cafes.

Immaculate place. Our family had a great time with lots of room to play. I recommend staying here if you have a more prominent family. Great hosts and response time is extremely fast. Very friendly. All around 10/10. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find, fenced backyard with plenty of room for kids to play. Very clean and tidy. We absolutely enjoyed our short vacation here.
